A new build 1100m² single storey ward accommodation being delivered by offsite construction specialist Catfoss Ltd against a challenging timeframe of just 97 days to provide a compliant 28 bed facility.
N&P were invited by Catfoss Ltd to prepare a proposal for design & installation of the following M&E elements of the build:

- LED Lighting
- HVAC Systems including Heat Recovery Ventilation & VRF Air Conditioning
- Plumbing Services
- Full BMS
- Medical Gas Systems
- Nurse Call & Bedhead Systems
- Fire & Security Systems
- TV Distribution
- Structured Cabling/Data Outlets & Cabinets
